REAL Finance Launches Institutional Tokenization Platform with Factori AD Partnership
REAL Technologies, the parent company of REAL Finance, has officially entered the live deployment phase of its securities tokenization infrastructure through a strategic partnership with EU-regulated investment broker Factori AD. This collaboration marks a significant milestone for the firm, transitioning from development to the active management of regulated financial instruments on-chain. The agreement is set to unlock an institutional pipeline valued at over $100 million in client assets, signaling a growing appetite for blockchain-based settlement systems within traditional finance.
Under the terms of the deal, Factori AD will leverage REAL Finance’s infrastructure to facilitate the tokenization of real-world securities, including publicly traded equities, bonds, and private market shares. Crucially, the operational model ensures that all regulatory requirements—such as Know Your Customer (KYC), Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance, and licensed over-the-counter (OTC) execution—remain under the purview of the licensed broker. Custody arrangements will be maintained through established institutions, including the Bank of New York for international securities and the Central Depository in Bulgaria for local assets.
The inaugural transaction under this partnership involves the tokenization of 5 million warrants linked to Alpha Bulgaria AD, a company listed on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange. Each warrant is valued at approximately €2.75. This pilot project is designed to validate the end-to-end workflow of the platform, which will operate on an EVM-compatible blockchain ahead of the company’s planned Layer 1 mainnet launch.
Leadership at both firms emphasized that the partnership is built on a foundation of compliance and genuine asset backing, rather than synthetic exposure. By bridging traditional brokerage services with decentralized settlement layers, the companies aim to provide institutional investors with a secure and efficient framework for managing financial instruments. With the pilot now underway, REAL Technologies expects to scale its operations to accommodate the significant volume of committed assets currently in its pipeline.
